Annette is also a third-generation owner of Simmons Grain Co. and joined the team in 2015. She oversees front office operations, accounting, certifications, as well as some purchasing and selling. You will also find Annette representing Simmons Grain at trade shows and industry conferences.

Steve has been with Simmons Grain Co. since 2006. He is an important part of our team from the front office to the processing plant. He is knowledgeable on all fronts of our operations. He is also a Certified Master Grain Merchant.

Eric joined Simmons Grain Co. in 2008. He is our lead shipping/receiving coordinator. He is responsible for the accurate loading/unloading of both our rail and over-the-road shipments. Eric is also part of our inventory and property management team.
Andy has been with the company since 2010. He is dedicated to the smooth daily operations of our processing plant. Andy brings a great wealth of knowledge, experience, and ingenuity to the company. He is a critical part of our team who oversees the plant operation, maintenance, and staff.
With Simmons Grain Co since 2014, Jon is an important part of our oil processing plant. He oversees the operation of the plant, the maintenance, and the in-house quality control testing of the product. He also recently completed the LAUNCH program through the Ohio Agribusiness Association.

Corey joined us in November of 2016. He first started in our crush plant and has now moved into the lecithin processing plant where he is a plant operator and QC tester for the lecithin.
Jeff joined Simmons Grain in February of 2017. Jeff is an integral part of the lecithin plant team, serving as an operator and a lab tech for the lecithin.
Jesse joined us in September of 2017. He is a plant operator responsible for the seamless operation of the crush lines. He also assists in shipping operations as needed.
Jeff joined Simmons Grain in March of 2018. He is responsible for scaling trucks, sample maintenance, and assists in daily office operations.

MacKenzie started as an intern for the summer of 2018. Following graduation, we welcomed her to the team full-time. She works to maintain and develop documentation as well as implement new policies and best practices on-going for all certification programs.

Ron joined us with a desire to learn in July of 2020. He is responsible for the smooth operation of our processing plant.
Zach has been with us since August of 2020. He is a plant operator in the oil processing plant. He is responsible for the smooth operation of the plant, daily maintenance, quality control, and housekeeping.
Hannah started with us in November 2021. Hannah manages our day to day accounting, payroll, and front-office functions. Hannah also helps in maintaining our organic system plan and other certifications within the company.

Jacob joined us in December of 2021. He is a plant operator in the crushing plant. He has an excellent skillset which includes leadership, experience, and mechanical aptitude. Jacob is responsible for the plant operations, quality, housekeeping, and maintenance tasks.

Hired in April 2023, Todd is also responsible for the smooth operation of the crush plant. He brought a great deal of manufacturing and millwright experience and heavy equipment knowledge along with a positive attitude. He is an excellent addition to the team.
Angus has been with us since May of 2023. He is a part of the plant operations team where they are responsible for the operation of the crush plant and the daily maintenance and housekeeping of the plant.
Michael joined us in July 2023. He is a crush plant operator. Ensuring daily processes are carried out correctly and efficiently. He has been a great addition to our team.
Andrew came on board in January 2024 as a plant operator in the crush plant. His great attitude, work ethic, and willing ness to learn have made an excellent addition to our team of operators.
